The communication about my service appointment was prompt. My technician, Raymond, was professional, polite and patient as he explained every step of the work that was happening and what I may need to focus on for future visits. He showed pictures of his work and was helpful with any questions that I had. Based on his work and my overall experience, I signed up to be a member and get bi-annual maintenance done.

I had a mystery water leak in my yard, could have been anything, but turned out to be in an irrigation line. Saul could have told me it was anything, could have made something up, but instead he was HONEST, diagnosed the issue quickly and told me what to do next. So happy. The communication was great, they even sent me a picture of Saul so I would know who to expect, amazing!

Ray did a great job on the winter service for my two heat pumps. I have used First Rate since 2022 for maintenance and installation. The company is solid and honest, and Ray is a great example of their excellent customer service. He is very knowledgable, worked efficiently, and was really good with my dog too.

Patrick installed my kitchen faucet and gave me an estimate for replacing the water heater. He provided me with a lot of information about the water heater and the HVAC, which I very much appreciated. I have a clearer picture going forward for what I need to accomplish.
