We came home from vacation to a major water leak in our crawl space and we had to shut the water off to our home. This company was able to come out quickly and were able to replace the leaking section of pipe on the spot. They didn't try to upsell us with a total home re-pipe, as another company did. Their price was reasonable and they treated the situation as the emergency it was, to get our water back on ASAP.

Fantastic customer service. Had an unknown issue with my HVAC and I had David out at my house all day trying every different thing we could think of. He listened to my concerns and actually attempted to make sure that every single one of them was met. That's such a rare thing now-a-days! Definitely give this company 5/5 stars and they will have my loyal service for the bi-annual maintenance for my HVAC system. They were also very quick to get me scheduled.

What a team! I have used them for several repairs and a new water heater over the years, always knowing they are dependable. Kyle is especially great, getting to my house early (early!) and fixing my backed-up drain and sewer lines. He also had no problems getting into the crawlspace to check for drain damage and leaks. I cannot recommend Kyle and FirstRate enough!
