First Rate was able to design a mini-split heating/cooling system that will accomplish just what we need at a price we could afford--and one well below the other estimates we got. The installation of the system was highly professional and took just one day.

We will be consulting them on other upgrades to reduce our carbon footprint -- and our energy costs.

Heater/furnace inspection, maintenance Daniel/Danual ( not sure of the spelling) was early, answered all my questions, showed me features of my furnace. Made me feel safe about the operation of the furnace, showed me fail safe features. Didn't try and sell me a furnace but troubleshooting what may be wrong. Did state may need one in the near future. Did offer a maintenance package for winter and summer for refrigerated ac. Very affordable and will use this company for all my needs!!! Thank You
