We’re looking for a great new Service Dispatcher to join our Desert Suns Heating & Cooling family. Do you have what it takes? We’re looking for a person with:
- Adequate training in the HVAC industry
- Advanced customer service skills
- Great organizational skills
- The ability to multitask
- Geographical knowledge of the service area or map reading skills
- Computer literacy
- A high school diploma or GED
- Two years of experience and/or training in customer service, dispatching, or project management
- The ability to work on ladders, in crawlspaces, and underneath houses
As our Service Dispatcher, you’ll maintain the daily schedules of our Service Technicians, dispatch the technicians as needed, upkeep the customer database, and provide accounting with maintenance and contract billing information.
