I recommend first Rate because of there dedicated to customer service as well as the amount of information giving to me at the time of the job also they've always given me multiple ways to solve a problem also every time I call on them there usually at my home with in a day instead of weeks or months like other companies right know I trust them I believe in them and I appreciate them
I have used First Rate twice now. I will never use another company for my plumbing and HVAC needs. They are super friendly, professional, and their work is high quality. I called them because of their high rated reviews and they have lived up to those reviews for sure.

The last few months we had other contractors do some work at our home. They were never punctual and showed up when they wanted; not to mention they finished the projects late.
Then we called First Rate Plumbing and kind of expected the same. We were Wrong!!! Ben and Jake were punctual on 2 separate issues. They inspected the issues and explained step by step what needed to be done, and gave us a quote - no surprises. They were professional and had great customer service, not to mention great personalities. Both completed the jobs in a timely manner AND DID NOT Leave a mess! Great experience overall. They are definitely on my list now!!!
AC went out at 1 pm and they had a tech, Sean, come out before 5. Had to reschedule due to rain, but first thing Monday morning Sean was here and had us running quickly. He gave us all our options for the repair, gave a quote before starting work, and even came back the next day to adjust the float. Great experience and we'll be using them again for sure.
